Axis Support Services – Unique Staffing Solutions

We provide trained associates to support adolescents, adults, and seniors in homes, schools, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community settings. Our focus is on managing challenging behaviours, reducing caregiver stress, and offering alternatives to institutional care for those not requiring medical supervision.

Our Services

Behaviour Management

Our associates build trust with clients, recognize behavioural triggers, and use clear, evidence-based strategies to promote safety and positive engagement. Plans are customized to meet goals through structured routines and coordinated care.

School-Based Support

We work with educators and families to support students with behavioural or emotional needs, helping implement IEPs and providing flexible one-on-one assistance.

Respite Care

We offer short-term relief for caregivers while providing safe, engaging care for children, youth, and adults – whether for a few hours or a weekend.

Hospital Support

Our team supports individuals in crisis or requiring close supervision, working alongside healthcare
professionals to ensure safety, direct care, and advocacy.

Long-Term Care Staffing

We provide qualified staff for:

  • Cognitive/emotional care
  • Companionship & recreation
  • Daily living assistance
Axisis our people

Our People

Axis associates hold diplomas or degrees and have extensive experience in behaviour, emotional regulation, development, and mental health. They are trained in Behavioural and Therapeutic Interventions and bring a strong commitment to client dignity and safety.

All staff are fully screened, immunized, and equipped to work across settings. They are skilled communicators and provide clear documentation as needed.
